At Goli Tech, we are seeking a highly skilled Tosca Automation Lead to join our team. As a Tosca Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the automation testing team to design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Tricentis Tosca.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onsite and offshore teams to design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Tricentis Tosca
  • Develop and implement automation testing strategies, frameworks, and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and develop automation solutions
  • Ensure that the Tosca automation framework is maintained efficiently and can be reused across multiple projects
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure that scripts developed by team members follow best practices for maintainability and performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading onsite and offshore teams with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication
  • Strong expertise in Tosca automation tools, Tosca Commander, Test Case Design, Tosca API, and Tosca TDM
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working within an Agile environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple vendors and client stakeholders
  • Prior experience in the Travel and Hospitality Domain
