Position Summary:

This role is essential for delivering electrical services to our esteemed clients. Candidates should possess prior experience in guiding and mentoring apprentice electricians. Compensation Range: USD $40.00/Hr. to USD $50.00/Hr. Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and mentor apprentice electricians to ensure successful job completion
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems
  • Bend conduit, pull wire, and install outlets and fixtures
  • Interpret blueprints and wiring schematics, providing direction to team members
  • Maintain a workflow schedule to meet productivity goals
  • Collaborate with other trades on-site
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace
  • Prioritize safety on all job sites
  • Engage in safety and training programs
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of commercial experience required
  • State Licensed (Journeyman) as mandated by state regulations
  • Familiarity with updated NEC/Local codes is essential
  • Possession of basic hand tools for electrical tasks
  • Experience in installing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
  • Proficient in troubleshooting equipment
  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing, with the ability to handle items weighing 50 pounds or more.
