Responsibilities
  1. Provide patient-centered care using evidence-based practices and cutting-edge technologies.

  3. Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
  • Active RN licensure from the State of North Carolina.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
