Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Banquet Hospitality Associate to join our team at Clarion Hotel Anaheim. In this position, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding service to guests during a variety of events and banquets. Collaborating closely with the Banquet Manager and fellow staff members, you will help ensure the seamless and efficient execution of all events, with the goal of creating a positive and unforgettable experience for our guests.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a related role
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality sector
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Team-oriented with a positive demeanor and a desire to learn
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up banquet rooms according to the specifications provided by the Banquet Manager
  • Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of banquet areas and clear tables after events
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown tasks
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure event success
