Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Clerk to join our team at Giant Food. As a Part-Time Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our store operations and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
