Job SummaryWe are seeking a Part-Time Clerk to join our team at Giant Food. As a Part-Time Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas of the store.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales goals, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining visual displays.
- Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
