Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a long-term acute care setting.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Valid State RN License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
- Competitive hourly rate of $37.16
- Shift differentials for nights and weekends
