About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Architectural Designer to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for coordinating architectural designs with consultants, drafting, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cities to understand their comments and modify drawings accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning requirements, building codes, building specifications, and ComChecks.
  • Provide Revit support to senior architects for new designs, modifications, and changes.
  • Coordinate and manage RFIs.
  • Collaborate with MEP and structural consultants to provide markups and coordinate the entire building set.
  • Support senior architects and share responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in commercial projects is highly desirable.
  • Highly skilled in architectural designs and drafting.
  • Strong self-initiative and motivation to meet goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
