Position Overview

EBSCO Industries Inc. is in search of a skilled Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee the inspection process for rental and private residences within our exclusive property management program. Utilize established checklists to guarantee that all properties align with our high standards of cleanliness and condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections of multiple properties and assess homes for incoming guests.
  • Perform thorough inspections upon guest departures, identifying any damages.
  • Review daily schedules for arrivals, departures, and housekeeping adjustments.
  • Check and inventory linens and supplies, including kitchenware and dining essentials.
  • Document inspection findings and communicate any issues to cleaning staff.
  • Uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EBSCO standards.
  • Carry out housekeeping duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Housekeeping Inspector.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a housekeeping role.
Essential Skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with co-workers, guests, and homeowners.
  • Proficiency in using computers and mobile devices.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
