We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Assistant to join our team at OnTrac. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating communication between various parties, including drivers, contractors, and yard personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and manage communication with contract drivers and update relevant records in the system.
- Facilitate the daily independent contractor services and resolution of service, routing, and delivery issues.
- Analyze freight volume in relation to daily independent contractor availability.
- Compile statistics and reports for branch operations.
- Serve as the main communication contact for independent contractor drivers.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Programs.
- Excellent Customer Service and/or Dispatch skills.
- Ability to multitask, self-manage and work efficiently in stressful situations.
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
