Job Title: Genesis Dealership Retail Parts Advisor

At Benzel-Busch Motor Car Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Parts Advisor to join our Genesis dealership team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and technical assistance to retail customers seeking Genesis automotive parts and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting retail customers who visit the parts department.
  2. Use your knowledge of Genesis vehicles and the parts catalog to accurately identify the parts or accessories customers need.
  3. Offer technical support and guidance to customers who may have questions about parts installation, maintenance, or repairs.
  4. Process customer orders efficiently and accurately using dealership software and systems.
  5. Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking parts, and organizing the parts department.
  6. Handle returns and exchanges of parts and accessories in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
  7. Collect payments from customers for parts and accessories purchases.
  8. Promote special sales, discounts, and promotions to retail customers to increase sales revenue.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions, including sales receipts, invoices, and order forms.

Qualifications:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. A strong understanding of automotive parts, accessories, and Genesis vehicles.
  3. Exceptional customer service skills, including effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and automotive terminology.
  5. Proficiency in using computer software for parts cataloging, inventory management, and order processing.
