Job Title: Advanced Surgical Specialist

At Applied Medical, we're seeking a highly skilled Advanced Surgical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative surgical technologies to hospitals and healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with our Field Implementation team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide clinical expertise and support for our surgical products, including the GelPOINT V-Path Transvaginal Access Platform and Gel technologies.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the medical community to promote our minimally invasive programs.
  • Drive adoption of our technologies through targeted marketing and sales efforts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of medical device sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a strong focus on sales and business development.
  • Proven goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
