Job Overview

Competitive Salary Range: $18.00 to $21.50 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role involves managing all healthcare appointments for individuals associated with Chrysalis. This includes scheduling appointments, informing Residential Managers and day programs, and coordinating transportation for clients to and from these appointments. The position also entails organizing follow-up visits and ensuring that guardians, pharmacies, and Service Coordinators are updated on any modifications. Regular communication with pharmacies is essential, particularly for medication cycle reviews. Follow-up emails regarding appointments are to be sent to clients' parents/guardians, Service Coordinators, Behaviorists, and the Associate Director. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the delivery and check-in of medications at residences. Collaboration with the Behaviorist is necessary to ensure that all consents for medical treatments and behavioral medications are accurately completed. The position provides vital support to enhance the independence of individuals served. Daily contributions align with the five core values of Chrysalis: Respect, Safety, Fun, Mentoring, and Accountability. Additional tasks may involve organizing paperwork, assisting with office cleanliness when required, and undertaking other office-related duties as assigned by the Senior Associate Director.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must obtain and maintain certifications in CPR, First Aid, OSHA, Human Rights, ANEM, and SOAR trainings.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Check.
  • Adhere to Chrysalis driving policy requirements and maintain eligible driving status.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with employees and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, email, and basic typing skills.
  • Exhibit professional phone etiquette and public relations skills when engaging with employees, external professionals, state employees, and guardians.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred experience in the medical or disability sectors.
