**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Jobot. In this role, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible hospital patients into the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP) at our Hospital partners in Las Vegas, NV.

The Patient Access Coordinator will work closely with patients, key hospital personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless enrollment and coordination of care. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starting, mission-driven individual with healthcare/hospital experience to grow and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enroll eligible patients into the HIPP program
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, hospital personnel, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate care and ensure seamless enrollment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology preferred
  • Five years of internal patient-related, hospital experience preferred
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred
