Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision to our team members.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the findings of the FBA, using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide clinical supervision to our team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and adapt programming as needed.
  • Provide support to parents, teachers, and community officials to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Implement consequences and reinforcement strategies to promote positive behavior change.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with our team, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Complete and submit all necessary documentation, including session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans, and assessments.
Requirements
  • BACB Certification in good standing.
  • Behavior Specialist License is required.
  • Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
