Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision to our team members.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the findings of the FBA, using evidence-based practices.
- Provide clinical supervision to our team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and adapt programming as needed.
- Provide support to parents, teachers, and community officials to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
- Implement consequences and reinforcement strategies to promote positive behavior change.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with our team, stakeholders, and clients.
- Complete and submit all necessary documentation, including session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans, and assessments.
- BACB Certification in good standing.
- Behavior Specialist License is required.
- Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
- Competitive hourly rate: $51-60.00 per hour.
