Job Title: BCBA - Autism Treatment Specialist
Job Description:
Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled BCBA to provide services in various locations. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision to BHT or RBT workers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS-R assessments.
- Develop treatment plans based on the findings of the FBA using evidence-based practices.
- Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers.
- Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, and community environments.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect data during each session with the client.
- Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
- Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
- Provide clinical support to direct care staff.
- Implement consequences relating to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
- Establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies.
- Exchange information clearly and concisely with the appropriate parties and concerns.
- Complete and submit all paperwork, including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans, and assessments in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- BACB Certification in good standing.
- Behavior Specialist License is required.
- Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
- Valid driver's license is required, as well as willingness to travel as needed.
- One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).

- Must have one of the following licenses: BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34, and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs. Must also complete the NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) Verification, as well as an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
