Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team of IntelyPros. As a RN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute care settings, including Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and other healthcare environments.

Responsibilities
  • Administer nursing care to residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities
  • Work with residents and medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Ensure residents receive the right personalized treatments and medications
  • Explain treatment options to residents and their family members
  • Consult with other healthcare professionals, including doctors
  • Set up and monitor medical equipment
  • Oversee compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
  • Document and verify the accuracy of interventions and medical histories
  • Perform fluid sample draws for lab work
  • Lead training and supervision of nursing staff
Requirements
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
