Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Restore Hyper Wellness. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment, leading a high-performing team, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members, clients, and staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and understanding members' needs.
- Communicate with clients and prospects to effectively promote Restore and our service offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new community businesses for collaboration and ongoing business interaction.
- Understand and interpret business intelligence to uncover symptoms and provide solutions to drive store growth.
- Attend conference calls and webinars to develop and enhance business results.
- Practice regular independent judgment to ensure Restore's strict guidelines are being followed.
- Partner with the Be Well recruiting team to identify and interview potential high-performance employees.
- Valid ID required.
- Must have a completely open schedule and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school degree required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive management experience preferred.
- Retail or franchise management experience is preferred.
