Store Manager in Training Opportunity

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager in Training. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and train a team of 2-5 staff members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Conduct initial interviews for new hires and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Support the Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
  • Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies' standards, including baking, uniform, and company policies.
  • Upsell and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store.
  • Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
  • Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience.
  • Ability to utilize MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ability to work a 4-5 day work week and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States.
