Home Health RN Opportunity

Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in home health care? We have an exciting position available for a dedicated and experienced RN to join our team in Spokane Valley, WA and surrounding areas.

Job Summary
As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner


Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in home health care
  • Current RN licensure in the state of WA
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate electronic medical records and other healthcare software
