Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team at our Sun Ray Dialysis Center in St Paul, MN. As a PCT, you will provide direct patient care, monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and work under the supervision of a RN. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Work under the supervision of a RN to ensure the highest level of patient care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care to patients
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for others
  • Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
