  • Leading or assisting in the execution of VV&T activities, including test events and milestone readiness assessments.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports detailing results, risk assessments, and lessons learned from VV&T activities.
  • Managing risks and ensuring closure in collaboration with Acquisition Offices and stakeholders.
  • Facilitating technical meetings to coordinate VV&T activities and milestones.
  • Providing technical consultation and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • Experience in Verification, Validation, and Transition (VV&T) within the relevant customer domain.
  • Strong business acumen and professional interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of GEOINT, SIGINT, or COMM systems and overall space and ground architecture.
  • Expertise in mission technical capabilities and system performance analysis.
  • Experience in Mission Planning, Control, or Processing functions related to space and ground architecture.
  • Proficiency in writing test strategies, plans, procedures, and checklists.
  • Experience in executing tests, analyzing data, and summarizing results.
  • Familiarity with system integration and transition approaches for the GEOINT, SIGINT, or COMM lifecycle.
  • Commitment to understanding and effectively operating within various lines of authority.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of satellite domains such as GEOINT, SIGINT, or COMM.
  • Experience with VV&T from acquisition, operations, or systems engineering perspectives.
  • Experience with Satellite Systems VV&T activities.
  • Familiarity with GEOINT, SIGINT, Space Ground Communications, and mission operations.
  • Experience with commercial VV&T techniques in service-oriented architecture environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior professionals in the GEOINT, SIGINT, or COMM domains.

We are committed to equal employment opportunities for all qualified applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
