Inpatient Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Physical Therapist to join our team at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Of New England. As a Physical Therapist in our Inpatient Acute Care Unit, you will work collaboratively with providers to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct evaluations, perform treatments, and provide recommendations to improve mobility and prepare patients for discharge.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication with patients and families.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Modify treatment plans as needed to reflect changes in patient status and capabilities.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
- Current State of CT license.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
