Head Culinary Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Head Culinary Master to lead our culinary team at Mazatzal Hotel & Casino. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4+ years' experience in advanced culinary skills, including food preparation, flavor pairings, and other cooking best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, including motivation and goal-setting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in training and leading teams is essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
