Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Housekeeping Team: Supervise and direct a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the efficient and effective cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Inspect and Maintain Guest Rooms: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Manage Housekeeping Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all housekeeping staff are trained and equipped to maintain our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Monitor and Control Expenses: Monitor and control expenses related to housekeeping operations, including linen and cleaning supplies.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve problems and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
