The CNA role involves providing both direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, adhering to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of six months of prior CNA experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• A High School diploma or GED is required within one year of hire.
• Graduation from a Nursing Assistant Program is preferred.
• A state-registered CNA license is mandatory.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training is preferred; CPI training is required if involved with M-1 holds.
• Physical requirements include medium work capacity (ability to exert up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly).
