Job Overview

Martinrea International Inc. is a leading global automotive supplier seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with large tonnage presses and preventative maintenance
