Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Squeeze School, our comprehensive training program for new therapists
  • Interview and evaluate therapist candidates to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Liaise with massage school partners to foster strong relationships and opportunities for growth
  • Participate in recruiting events to attract top talent to our team
  • Coach therapists on technique and body mechanics to ensure they deliver exceptional massage experiences
  • Ensure our shop massage standards exceed expectations, providing a world-class experience for our guests
Requirements
  • Licensed and certified in your state with at least 5 years of practical field experience
  • Proven track record in training, mentoring, and developing other therapists' skillsets
  • Expertise in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal modalities
  • Passionate about delivering personalized massage experiences and adjusting to guests' needs
  • Available to work at least 24 hours a week (full-time) and one weekend shift (Saturday-Sunday)
