Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to bring monthly financial reconciliation and administrative support to our projects within the Children, Youth, and Families and Population Health and Health Policy program areas.

This role will require strong organizational skills and in-depth procedural knowledge, serving as the primary point of contact and ongoing resource for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchasing, travel reconciliation, stipend payments, and budget monitoring
  • Special projects as needed
  • Verbal and written communications with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) or international degree equivalency
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfort or experience with office technology such as Word, email, Zoom
