Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with young children, providing interventions and skill-building techniques to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 evidence-based interventions and skill-building techniques to young children in a home, school, or community setting.
  • Manage and address challenging behaviors by following written behavior intervention plans.
  • Document session notes using company-assigned iPads, summarizing session activities and progress.
  • Take data on targeted skills and behaviors to track progress.
  • Assist with parent education as needed.
  • Receive ongoing support and supervision from a team of experienced BCBA-level staff.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience working with children
  • A commitment to learn and become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
  • Access to reliable transportation with active auto insurance and clean driving record
  • Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Ability to pass TB Test or have current TB clearance
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to collect data using company-provided iPad
Desired Qualifications
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • Bachelor's in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Prior experience working in ABA as a behavior technician or similar role
  • Bilingual (Russian/Armenian/Spanish)
  • Active First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Active CPI Certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
