Behavior Therapist Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team as Behavior Therapists. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with children and their families to develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
  • Work 1:1 with children to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy.
  • Collaborate with a BCBA clinician to ensure the child's safety and well-being.
  • Perform physical management to ensure the child's safety, with training and supervision.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
