Job Description

As a senior-level consulting position, this role provides consistent high-quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. The ideal candidate will guide project teams in ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within the constraints of time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives by combining industry-standard methodologies, product knowledge, and business acumen.
  • Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
  • Provide direction to project teams and effectively influence customer leadership on key decisions.
  • Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding of software development, database concepts, ERP technology frameworks, and infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to be self-directed and motivated.
  • Experience in software development life-cycles (SDLC), release management, and/or Agile scrum master experience.
