Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our construction projects and manage the administrative tasks associated with them.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in Property Management and a strong understanding of accounting principles, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property construction projects from start to finish
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including bookkeeping and reconciliations
  • Develop and implement effective management strategies to ensure project success
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 7 years experience in Property Management
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
Benefits

This is a salaried position with a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
