About the Role

We are seeking an Area Sales and Installation Director to join our team at American Portable Air. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience in the rental industry or related field. They will be a self-starter, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth delivery and installation of equipment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the rental industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
