Job Summary:
SUNY Upstate University Hospital is seeking a dedicated Adolescent Advanced Practice Provider to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team at the Upstate Pediatric and Adolescent Center. As an integral member of the care team, you will provide cutting-edge primary care to adolescent patients with compassion and expertise.

This rewarding role offers numerous opportunities to make a lasting impact on the lives of youth as they transition into adulthood. You will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patients, ordering appropriate laboratory testing and diagnostic studies, arranging for referrals and consultations, and maintaining exceptional relationships with families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess NYS licensure/registration as a NP or PA, current National Certification consistent with clinical practice, and a NPI number. Additionally, you should be Medicare-enrolled with a PTAN (or eligible for enrollment within 6 months). Certification in CPR-BLS is also required.
