Job Summary

The Field Engineer (FE) plays a critical role in supporting the Superintendent, exercising judgment and discretion in making recommendations, implementing policies, and handling various field-related matters. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to gain supervisory experience and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project layout and surveying in accordance with design and contract documents
  • Quality control, site safety initiatives, and coordination of trade partners
  • Material deliveries, inspections, and reporting
  • Assisting foremen and trade partners with plan interpretation and oversight
  • Participating in jobsite safety meetings and audits
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture, or Construction Management
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Prolog, Primavera, and AutoDesk Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Past internships in the construction industry
