Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sports Instructor to join our team at Roads to Success Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and leading 1-hour sessions in their field of expertise, incorporating academics into lesson plans, and providing a safe and engaging environment for our youth participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our youth participants
  • Collaborate with staff to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with the Site Director and Education Specialist to ensure seamless program implementation
  • Attend mandatory meetings and professional development training to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in a relevant field
  • At least one year of experience working with school-age programs
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
