Maintenance Role:

The Maintenance Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurants. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms. You will also be responsible for unloading delivery trucks, taking out and emptying trash and recycling, and changing light bulbs. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the outside grounds and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Unload delivery trucks and keep the stock room organized.
  • Take out and empty trash and recycling.
  • Change light bulbs and maintain the lighting system.
  • Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris.
  • Assist in maintaining the outside grounds.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be physically able to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
