Monument Health is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Respond to emergency calls and perform repairs as needed.
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
  • Assist with maintenance work as assigned.
  • Document work and repairs accomplished in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent in General Studies.
  • 5+ years of building maintenance experience.
  • Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

  • Very Heavy work - exerting over 25 pounds of force constantly, and/or more than 50 pounds frequently, and/or more than 100 pounds of force occasionally.
