Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to connect with our guests at breakfast, ensuring their satisfaction and providing service recovery when needed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

• Provide personalized service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Regularly communicate and converse with guests to build rapport and ensure satisfaction
• Prepare food and beverages according to recipe and brand standards
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including replenishing buffet items and disposing of waste
• Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and adhere to prescribed work, break, and meal periods
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including compliance with the dress code

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Must speak proficient English

Indoor work environment with minimal to moderate noise levels consistent with hotel environment.
