Job Summary:

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests at breakfast, ensuring their satisfaction and providing service recovery when needed. This role requires a high level of quality, productivity, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to all guests
• Regularly communicate and converse with all guests
• Prepare food and beverages according to recipe
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area
• Replenish buffet with food, beverages, and supplies as needed
• Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to work schedules

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Must speak proficient English

Work Environment:

The work environment is indoor with minimal to moderate noise levels consistent with a hotel environment.

Physical Demands:

The position requires standing more than 2/3 of the time, walking more than 2/3 of the time, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
