Job Overview
As a Residential Shift Manager at New Vista of the Bluegrass, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time position involves working 37.5 hours per week, with a rotating schedule that includes Wednesdays through Saturdays.

We offer a competitive salary of $21.10 - $22.19 per hour, based on education qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes top-tier health, vision, and dental insurance, shift differential and weekend differential pay, four-day workweek, and generous paid time off (200+ hours) available upon completion of orientation.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, two years' experience working in the Mental Health and Developmental Disability field, and the ability to pass a drug and background screening. Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients
- Provide guidance and support to Direct Support Professionals
- Assist with staff training and development
- Oversee incident reporting and documentation

- High school diploma or equivalent required
