About the Role

Eagle Technologies, LLC, a leading manufacturer of advanced aircraft systems and components, is seeking a skilled Aviation Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Aviation Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate assembly of rotor and drive systems for both manned and unmanned aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the engineering department and production teams to ensure seamless assembly operations.
  • Follow established operating procedures, engineering instructions, and recognized methods of instruction.
  • Familiarize yourself with assembly, common aircraft hardware, and processes such as drilling, hi-lok fastener installation and removal, blind riveting, and solid riveting.
  • Perform assembly of rotor and drive systems, troubleshoot, and solve problems that may arise during assembly.
  • Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
  • Document work performed in accordance with standard aircraft practices and AS9100 procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good math and mechanical aptitude.
  • Eye for detail and a drive to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with various shop equipment, including cutting/grinding tools, table saws, and band saws.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or engineering drawings.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Credentials and Experience
  • Experience working on government contracts.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in assembly operations with an understanding of aerospace engineering, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
  • Airframe & Propulsion (A&P) certification or training preferred.
  • Composite experience preferred.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
