Role Summary:

Key responsibilities include providing direction to the NetPlus Alliance team regarding development capabilities, gathering requirements, and establishing project milestones and timelines. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop appropriate tools; offer technical support throughout the development, integration, and testing phases.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for the organization, ensuring seamless integration of various technologies within the technical infrastructure.
  • Develop wireframes, create persuasive business cases, and establish strategic roadmaps while actively participating in the implementation of innovative IT solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and advancements; ensure timely delivery of technology solutions with the highest quality standards.
  • Provide expert guidance to ensure adherence to product and technology development processes, meeting performance and budgetary targets.
  • Facilitate the creation of process automation and self-service tools; mentor team members within the NetPlus Alliance.
  • Design and manage scalable, secure systems on cloud platforms, utilizing services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
  • Oversee the development and review of Java-based applications, ensuring optimal code quality and performance.
  • Implement strategies for integrating Salesforce with various systems, including third-party applications and databases.
  • Design robust integration solutions using REST, SOAP, ETL, or other suitable methods.
  • Manage vendor relationships effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in relevant fields, with proven expertise in product development and ownership.

Skills: Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, Java development, and software engineering principles. Demonstrated experience in designing complex integration solutions is essential.
