Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with sales and project management teams to thoroughly understand project requirements, including product specifications necessary for formulating estimates, and addressing issues to meet project demands.
  • Accurately preparing estimate documentation in accordance with best practices, utilized for quotations, planning, organization, and scheduling.
  • Expertly analyzing documents from vendors, labor partners, manufacturers, clients, and internal stakeholders to prepare estimates regarding time, costs, materials, and labor.
  • Evaluating the cost-effectiveness of products, projects, or services, monitoring actual costs against bids as the project progresses.
  • Establishing cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures, while developing standard operational procedures to enhance the team's resource library.
  • Maintaining a directory of clients, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors within our CORE database.
  • Generating cost and expenditure reports and other essential documentation at regular intervals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing prompt and supportive communication in response to requests requiring estimating expertise, which strengthens our collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating or financial roles within the industry.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in executing work tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and prioritize effectively.
  • Friendly, collaborative demeanor with a responsive communication style.
  • Proficient in CORE, Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and Teams.
