We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Modeling Engineer to join our team at Eastech Flow Controls, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.
  • Conduct field studies to assess inflow and infiltration in municipal sewer systems.
  • Analyze hydraulic and I&I data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing findings, data, and recommendations for I&I studies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to provide technical expertise during customer presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Assist in developing project specifications, system designs, and performance assessments.
  • Work with internal teams to improve product features and enhance customer satisfaction based on field feedback.
  • Document design narratives and engineering analysis.

Requirements:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with hydraulic modeling, sewer system analysis, and I&I studies.
  • Proficient in hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and technical report writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Familiarity with municipal infrastructure and water/wastewater systems is a plus.
