We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Atlantic McKinney Ranch, a 220-unit market-rate community in Mckinney, TX.


Job Summary

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing out community apartments and providing exceptional customer service to residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with prospective tenants to determine lease terms and providing leasing information
  • Coordinating with current tenants to discuss lease changes and promoting the business
  • Preparing move-in packets and reviewing information with residents
  • Assisting with outreach marketing and weekly market surveys
  • Maintaining consistent effort to increase resident retention

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and one to two years of related experience in residential services, customer service, or sales
  • Previous experience with marketing, sales, and customer service
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work weekend shifts as needed
