Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Atlantic Pacific Companies.

Job Summary:

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing out community apartments and assisting tenants with their needs. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective tenants to determine lease terms and provide leasing information
• Coordinate with current tenants to discuss lease changes and promote the business
• Prepare and explain leases to residents
• Assist with move-in and move-out processes
• Participate in outreach marketing and weekly market surveys
• Maintain consistent effort to increase resident retention

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and one to two years related experience and/or training in residential services, customer service, or sales
• Previous experience with marketing, sales, and customer service
• Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstart preferred, and Onsite or Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) required
• Proficient in computer software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
