Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team in Cardiopulmonary Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing therapy, respiratory medication, and diagnostic modes for assigned patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Therapy and Medication Administration: Under the supervision of shift supervisors, you will plan and implement all therapy and respiratory medication for assigned patients.
  • Diagnostic Modes: You will be responsible for implementing diagnostic modes for all assigned patients.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: You will provide all required documentation and maintain accurate internal records.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: In the absence of shift supervisors, you will perform supervisory responsibilities according to policy.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree in Respiratory Science or better.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current BLS certification, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within 6 months of hire.
  • Qualifications: Enthusiasm, detail-oriented, dedicated, team player, growth opportunities, job security, flexibility, goal completion, and ability to make an impact.
