About the Role

At Cyfle, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team in Cardiopulmonary Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy and be able to work effectively in ICU, NICU, and Emergency room settings.

Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of shift supervisors, the successful candidate will plan and implement all therapy, respiratory medication, and diagnostic modes for assigned patients. They will also provide required documentation and maintain internal records. In the absence of shift supervisors, the candidate will perform supervisory responsibilities according to policy, ensuring that LMC values are reflected in all aspects of the operation.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have an Associate's degree in Respiratory Science as a minimum and be able to perform respiratory modalities. They must be RRT or eligible as defined by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) within 2 years of taking this position. Current BLS certification is also required within 30 days from hire, with ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required within 6 months of hire.
